1. Acceptance
By using the Builtech website, the Builtech Search Growth platform, or connecting an authorized Google account, an authorized user acknowledges these Terms and agrees to use the platform only within the permitted business scope.
2. Nature of Builtech Search Growth
Builtech Search Growth is an internal tool operated by Builtech Elevators for search-performance analysis, keyword research, indexing and crawling monitoring, SEO/AEO/GEO management, and related functions for Builtech-owned websites.
3. Accounts and permissions
Users may connect only Google accounts and properties they are legally and operationally authorized to use on behalf of Builtech. Users are responsible for protecting credentials and must not share access with unauthorized persons.
4. Google services
Some platform functions depend on Google Search Console API, Google Ads API and other third-party services. Use of those services is also subject to the applicable Google terms and policies. API functionality, quotas and availability may change from time to time outside Builtech's control.
5. Search and ranking outcomes
The platform provides analysis, planning and monitoring tools intended to improve search readiness. It does not guarantee indexing, a specific ranking, or a particular time to appear in Google, Bing, or any search or answer engine.
6. Acceptable use
The platform must not be used to access third-party data or accounts without authorization, bypass provider limits, submit deceptive data, or perform activities that violate applicable law or service-provider policies.
7. Intellectual property
Builtech Search Growth software, design, Builtech content and trademarks are owned by Builtech or its licensors. Use of the platform does not transfer ownership beyond the access rights granted to authorized users.
8. Availability and changes
Builtech may update the platform, modify features, or suspend an integration for operational, security or compliance reasons. We aim to maintain service continuity but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability at all times.
9. Privacy
Data handling is governed by our published Privacy Policy, including specific disclosures about Builtech Search Growth and Google API data.
10. Governing law
These Terms are interpreted under the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, subject to any mandatory terms applicable to integrated service providers.
