1. Scope of this Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Builtech Elevators handles data when you use builtech.sa, the Builtech Search Growth platform, and its integrations, including Google Search Console API and Google Ads API.

2. Google data we may process

Depending on the permissions granted by an authorized user, the platform may process data associated with Builtech-owned Google properties and accounts, including:

  • Search queries, pages, impressions, clicks, CTR and average position from Google Search Console.
  • Indexing status, sitemap data and supported URL inspection information for verified properties when those features are enabled.
  • Keyword ideas, historical keyword metrics, competition indicators and trends available through Google Ads API / Keyword Planning.
  • Account and property identifiers required to operate the integrations.
  • OAuth tokens and authentication data required to maintain an authorized connection.

3. How we use Google data

Google data is used only to provide and improve prominent internal features for authorized Builtech users, including search-performance analysis, keyword research, indexing monitoring, search reporting, and improvement of Builtech-owned website content and services.

We do not use Google API data for personalized advertising or retargeting, sell it to advertisers, data brokers or information resellers, or use it to train general-purpose AI models.

4. Storage and security

Builtech applies reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. Sensitive credentials and OAuth tokens are protected within Builtech systems, and access is limited to authorized users and systems to the extent necessary to provide the requested functions.

5. Sharing

Builtech does not sell Google user data or share it for independent advertising purposes. Data may be processed only by infrastructure or technical service providers that are necessary to operate the platform, to the extent required to provide the service and subject to appropriate legal and contractual safeguards.

6. Retention and deletion

Connection data and analytical records are retained only as needed to operate and improve the platform and meet security or legal requirements. Authorized users can revoke the app's Google access at any time, and may request deletion of integration-related data by contacting Builtech. When access is revoked or data is no longer operationally required, credentials are deleted or disconnected in accordance with applicable retention practices.

7. Revoking Google access

An authorized user can revoke Builtech Search Growth access at any time from the connected apps and services area of their Google Account. After revocation, the platform cannot perform new synchronizations until authorization is granted again.

8. Google API Services User Data Policy

Builtech's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements where applicable.

9. General website data

The public website may process ordinary operational data such as browser and device information, IP addresses, security logs, and information voluntarily submitted through website forms for site operation, security, performance and responding to requests.

10. Policy updates

We may update this policy when platform functionality, integrations or legal requirements change. The latest update date is shown on this page. We will update disclosures before materially changing how Google user data is used.
