When needed

A clear path from incident to follow-up

We start by collecting essential case information, then coordinate the technical action and follow-up.

Incident information

Identify the contract or site and describe the current condition.

Initial assessment

Understand the case and determine information needed for routing.

Technical coordination

Assign and follow the incident until the result is recorded.

Structured response

What happens after an incident is reported?

A clear incident path from intake through technical coordination and documented outcome.

Clear intake

Collect essential incident information from the first contact.

Technical routing

Coordinate the case with the appropriate technical team.

Case follow-up

Track incident status through a clear operational path.

Documented outcome

Record actions and observations related to the incident.

Incident flow

How urgent cases are handled

Four steps to organize response and follow-up.

01

Receive incident

Record elevator, location and issue details.

02

Collect information

Request details that help clarify the situation.

03

Technical routing

Coordinate with the appropriate technical team.

04

Follow up and close

Update incident status and document the outcome.

Operational service

Support across multiple site types

Priority and response depend on the incident, site type and contract context.

Villas

Home-elevator incidents based on service context.

Residential

Support for residential elevator issues.

Commercial

Operational incident support for commercial sites.

Other sites

Response determined from site and contract information.

From incident to outcome

Incident intake, customer contact, routing and field action in one service flow

Emergency service starts with the incident and the customer first, then moves into field dispatch. Each stage is made clear from intake through case completion.

01

Incident intake

The case is recorded when reported and linked to the contract, elevator and customer information.

02

Customer contact

Follow-up starts by reviewing the case and contacting the customer to confirm the issue, location and priority.

03

Location review and technician routing

Contract, district and location data support routing the task to the appropriate technician.

04

Travel to site begins

After assignment, field travel begins and the trip-start time is retained in the case record.

05

Arrival and corrective action

On arrival, the condition is assessed, the required action is performed and observations, photos and outcome are documented.

06

Case completion

The case closes after the result and completed action are recorded so follow-up remains linked to the elevator service history.

Measurable response

Customer-response speed and field travel time are measured as different stages

Case handling and customer contact begin when the incident is logged. Field travel is then measured separately. During the rolling 12-month period (2025-09-20 to 2026-09-20), 258 recorded emergency cases were analysed. These are reviewable operating indicators, not a fixed contractual promise.

Incident response

Case review and customer contact begin when the incident is logged to confirm the issue, location and priority before field routing.

30.82 min

median elapsed time from case creation to technician trip start during the measurement period.

74.55 min

median elapsed time from case creation to site arrival during the measurement period.

94.57% / 93.41%

share of records with documented trip-start / arrival timestamps, enabling actual operational oversight of emergency cases.

Common questions

When an unexpected issue occurs

Useful information when contacting us about an urgent elevator issue.

Concise answers to help you make a clearer decision before starting the project.
What information should I prepare?
Prepare the contract or customer details, site location and a clear description of the current elevator condition.
Does every incident require a technician visit?
The appropriate action is determined after reviewing the case information and may require guidance or a visit depending on the issue.
How is the incident followed up?
The case is recorded, routed and tracked through the approved operational process.
What is the emergency response time?
Case handling and customer contact begin when the incident is logged. Field travel is measured separately, with an operating target to start technician travel within 60 minutes for emergency cases inside the service area. Actual arrival depends on location, traffic, team availability and incident type; the signed contract remains the contractual reference.
